RETURN POLICY

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policies below for online purchases.

Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned. International orders (any order outside the US) are final sale and can not  be returned.

Please note, the following items are not eligible for return

• Omnilux products
• Epicutis Trial Kits

You may return items purchased at full price in new condition for store credit within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in the original packaging.

Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are final sale and can not be returned. International orders (any order outside the US) are final sale and can not  be returned. Omnilux and Epicutis Trial Kits are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at contact@longevitytexas.com with your order number, the item being returned and reason for return.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in the original packaging.

We do not currently offer exchanges.

Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely, and for your protection, we recommend you use a trackable delivery service and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days once we receive the item for return processing. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.

GIFT CARD PURCHASES
No refunds are permitted. Gift cards are valid for one year after purchase. The value of any lost, damaged or stolen gift card will not be replaced.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers will be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon receipt of their shipment. We do NOT charge duties or taxes on checkout. 

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns on international orders. 

If the shipment is marked as undeliverable, or returned to sender, or you do not pay duties and taxes, you forfeit a right to a refund or exchange.
