STANDARD SHIPPING
Free Shipping for product purchases over $50
Delivered between 5-7 business days

DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, with exceptions during weekends and holiday periods. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Orders returned to us because they were refused or undeliverable are subject to a store credit  after the return has reached us and is deemed unopened and in brand new condition. A transaction fee of $25 plus any applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the store credit. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers will be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon receipt of their shipment. We do NOT charge duties or taxes on checkout. 

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns on international orders. 

If the shipment is marked as undeliverable, or returned to sender, or you do not pay duties and taxes, 15% of the order value and shipping fees will be excluded from your store credit to cover our restocking fee.
